EuroTeX 2009 takes place this year in Holland in late August/early September. The focus of the meeting is on Educational uses of TeX (such as manuals and teaching materials). The new constitution was overwhelmingly approved at the AGM: there were 58 votes for the Constitution and one against. This is a major step forward for the UK-TUG. Particularly notable is the wider applicability of electronic communication and voting. The new Constitution is available as a PDF or in TeX format.
