		<description>Eitan was incredible. When I was learning TeX and needing to convert to HTML he provided totally unselfish, commercial-quality and very timely support. While there was no need for this type of help, he just did it. Also, I had the privilege of meeting Eitan and his wife in person at a TUG meeting in 2003. Really a nice guy with a special family.</description>
